Why Limit Your Décor to the Indoors?

When it comes to decorating your home, we know that the outside matters just as much as the inside. Whether you’re looking to update the flower beds in your front yard or want to make a drastic change by adding a pool to the back, The Ohio Valley Group can help you get the job done. Thanks to their seven areas of specialization, there’s no limit to the help they can provide.

Ecoscaping, which is the innovative approach to organizing a sustainable landscape, is executed with the intent of conserving natural resources while creating something beautiful. By using natural products to build structures that work with the surrounding environment, you can rest easy knowing that your final product is greatly reducing the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides.

Updating and maintaining your lawn is incredibly important in the overall appearance of your home. By incorporating trees, plants and seasonal colors into your landscape, you’re sure to create a timeless look that will grow as you do.

When it comes to shining light on the beauty you’ve inspired, no two spaces have the same requirements for lighting. Whether you’re looking to put your favorite feature in the spotlight or plan on adding extra security to your home, incorporating a little light can go a long way.

Kitchens, Fireplaces and Fire pits

They say the kitchen is the center of any home, but why limit your home solely to the indoors? By adding a central feature like a kitchen or a fireplace to your yard, you’re adding a completely new dimension to your home.

Patios, Decks and Walkways

Beauty should be functional, right? By including additions like a patio or a deck, you’ll be making space to create some of your best memories yet. Other popular outdoor features, like adding fencing, will give you the security and privacy to truly enjoy yourself in the comfort of your own home.

Pools and Spas

If you’re looking for a way to add elements of relaxation and excitement to your home, look no further than a pool. Because pools are so versatile in their shapes and sizes, it’s easy to imagine all of the possibilities awaiting you and your family.

Water Features

One of the most eye-catching details a home can have is the incorporation of water into the surrounding landscape, no matter the size of the feature. And, if adding a giant waterfall isn’t a practical decision for you and your family, you instead can build pondless water features, which save money and provide an extra layer of safety to your home.

No matter what features you choose to include in your home renovations, we’re sure that you’ll love the final product thanks to both the practicality of these popular home additions and the incredible work delivered by The Ohio Valley Group.

  1. I agree – super cool, thanks Sydne! I’m definitely jotting down some of these ideas, especially the term “ecoscaping.” One thing I would note about the water features is that they do require more intensive care and maintenance, so embracing these depends on the time and money the owner wants to put into it 🙂
