Reflective surfaces set the tone in the second floor guest bathroom, which includes Ann Sacks dimensional wall tile and Silver Travertine flooring, plus a custom smoked mirror feature wall in the shower.

The office is tucked behind a wall off the family room and features a custom blackened steel and smoked mirror built-in desk area with integrated LED backlit shelves.



The second floor family room offers sweeping views, as well as a massive custom polished stainless steel LED chandelier.

In addition to amazing views from the 34th floor, the sitting room includes a modern light fixture overhead and a piano tucked into the corner.

The custom mosaic feature wall positioned in the kitchen, behind the black lacquer and stainless steel convex cabinetry, is made of imported Sicis tile from Ravenna, Italy.

White glass was used for the stair tread and risers, while the custom railing features a black high gloss automobile paint.

The sultry third floor guest bedroom is adorned with Phillip Jeffries SoHo Hemp wallpaper and textured accent pillows.



Zinc blackout drapery and diamond quilt velvet, which line the wall behind the custom king size bed, establish the luxurious atmosphere in the master bedroom.

The second floor bedroom boasts an accent wall covered in Phillip Jeffries Chain Mail wallpaper as well as brilliant pops of turquoise blue.

The wet bar area in the family room features walls covered in Maya Romanoff Ajiro Sunburst wood veneer. The veneer was also used to wrap some of the pillars seen in the nearby office area.



The cheerful breakfast nook is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and gaze out the windows at the water and city skyline.
