These owners used colorful and eco-friendly home improvement ideas to update their cramped quarters into a gorgeous space with enough room for the whole family

The 40-inch Wolf range sets the sleek modern tone in the new kitchen remodel. Ikea cabinetry was incorporated into the space and paired with a glass backsplash to give it a custom look.

This children’s bathroom features a custom poured concrete double sink. Open shelving off to the side allows for plenty of simple storage options.

Seen in the walls and accessories, bold splashes of blue accent this addition. Since the goal of this remodel was to open the home design up, a lighter blue area rug helps to define the dining space.

This master bathroom features a white double vanity and matching medicine cabinets. Pops of yellow and blue lend a cheery vibe to the area.

Double pane windows help to create an energy-efficient environment by keeping the heat in during the cooler months and out during the summer.

The room addition plans that these homeowners used centered around creating one open living area where their whole family could gather.

These home addition plans created 1,600 square feet of extra living space for the family, including an open living area and an extra, much-needed bathroom.

Boasting floor to ceiling windows, this master bedroom design offers dramatic views of the surrounding landscape.
