Colorful bursts of artwork add fun touches to this waterfront home design

Birch kitchen cabinets from Miller Cabinets were chosen in homage to the River Birch that grow along the adjacent waterway.

River rock, featured in the floor and one wall of the spacious shower design of this couple’s bathroom, truly brings the outdoors in.

In addition to the birch cabinets, the granite countertops used in this kitchen design were selected by the homeowners due to their reflection of nature.

In addition to two cozy farmhouse sinks that enable the owners to have a decent amount of elbow room, this bathroom design boasts skylights for additional natural light.

Bamboo flooring, finished in a darker hue, contrasts with the tranquil blue and green of the fishes painted by Columbus artist, Zac Colburn.

Soaring windows are implemented throughout this entire home design in order for the homeowners to take advantage of the gorgeous surrounding landscape.

A pair of paintings, one displayed here over the fireplace and the other across the room, by Asian artist Zhigang-Cui add splashes of color in this Dublin couple’s master bedroom design.

The family’s American Blue Pitbull, Ghost, blends right in with the neutral décor that features colors found in nature.

The riotous color of this Matteo painting cannot be quelled by the soft dove tone of the buffet table that graces the dining room.

With a commanding presence over the fireplace, the homeowner describes this painting from William McCarthy as a painting “that one can seemingly walk right into and just keep walking.”

This wall art, a Robert Livsey-Wells oil-on-linen painting, is beautifully complemented by an occasional table from Johnston Casuals.
