A colorful outdoor space is perfect for the whole family


The covered seating area offers respite from the summer sun, as well as an unobstructed view of the pool and waterfall.

Curved stonewalls, backed by a large hillside, were built to establish privacy behind the home. The second grassy level also created the perfect spot for lounge chairs.

A bed of blue glass mulch runs along the sundeck and raised hillside along the back of the pool.



The outdoor living space is tucked behind the contemporary home, which features massive commercial windows along the back to take advantage of the views.

The outdoor kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator and grill, along with plenty of seating at the bar counter.

A waterfall was placed at the far end of the pool, establishing a beautiful focal point seen from every window along the back of the house.

A cozy fire pit is located near the back of the yard, away from the main outdoor entertaining spaces.



Norway Spruce, Colorado Blue Spruce, Heritage River Birch and Bald Cypress were planted along the back of the yard to create natural privacy.

Vodka begonias bring a splash of color and softness to the angled, contemporary lines of the front fa├žade.

Bright orange umbrellas and blue patio furniture bring fresh pops of color to the outdoor living area.
