The feminine touch

Job Site by: Interior designer - Mario DiPietro

Waterfront home design kissed by a light touch of elegance

This handsome kitchen design features red oak wood cabinets, thick granite counters and hammered copper sinks as well as a spacious dining area.

A large piece of wall art brings bright colors to this otherwise neutral living room design.

In the master bedroom the red oak trim remained the same but the bedroom colors of the walls were lightened to a restful grey.

The designer who worked on this space chose a gold mercerized carpet cut as carpet runners with added braid edges, to run up the wooden staircase and throughout the upper halls of the home

In the living room, the interior designer worked with homeowner’s favorite couches from her previous home, then added custom covered ottomans and a low coffee table, to create a comfortable living room seating area.

The upper landing, formerly an unused space, was turned into a “ladies martini lounge” with comfortable furniture seating.

A large home bar features footballs on the beer taps and the game area offers a pool table with custom pool balls reflecting all the NFL teams.

This 6100-square-foot, 5-bedroom Mediterranean home design is located on one of the finger keys on Boca Ciega Bay.

Windows are scattered throughout this home design to take advantage of the 151 feet of sparkling waterfront views.

Various seating areas and options are scattered around this swimming pool, positioned to catch the optimal amount of sunlight any time of day.
