South Tampa home undergoes a refreshing remodel

Refreshing pops of yellow bring life to the bright and cheerful family room, which showcases the rich, dark brown hardwood flooring and crisp white walls and ceilings seen throughout the house.

The highlight of the formal powder bath is the eye-catching printed grasscloth wall covering from Phillip Jeffries’ Beyond collection.

The Key West style home features a 2,000-square-foot addition that blends in with the original architecture.

Blue glass mosaic tile was installed along the outside of the pool, while the interior pool surface now features PebbleGlass glass bead aggregate by PebbleCrete.

The oversized center island features a gray cabinet base, elegant blue-gray bar stools and three fixtures from Hudson Valley Lighting.

Two eclectic light fixtures from Arteriors, the Hanley chandelier and Roxanne flush mount, add visual interest to the ceilings in the formal entry and dining room.

A black piano is reflected in the Kelly Wearstler Pickfair Floor Mirror by E.J. Victor in the new club room area.

The home’s original dark brown marble floors and custom-designed metal staircase railing were kept intact during the renovation.

The original first floor master suite was transformed into an entertaining area, which includes a bar and club room adorned with the Arctic Halo semi-flush ceiling light from Fine Art Lamps.

The pretty sitting room at the front of the house features a soft pink and cream color scheme in a variety of textured fabrics.

A custom mirror by Carvers Guild is positioned above the sleek entry table accented with gold trim that complements the wall sconces.
