One requirement for the condo was that it had to have an open patio for Dale’s grills—including his Big Green Egg. Cozy outdoor furniture is tucked into the far corner so the owners can relax while they're grilling.
The Antelope carpet is the perfect selection for Dale’s home office. “I had this carpet in my house 25 years ago,” Cindy says. “I couldn’t believe they were still making it.”
This Pig painting by Ray Simonini is a definite eye-catcher in the hearth room where we found Sally, the homeowners dog, taking a break.
Located just off of the kitchen, the hearth room is a favorite spot for the homeowners to spend down time.
The matching plaid chairs by the living room window are keepsakes passed down from the homeowner’s mother.
This English-inspired front patio is off the formal living room and can be reached from street level. The homeowner loves that she has plenty of space for her plants, without being burdened by yard work.
A painting by Don Hatfield hangs over the fireplace. The custom stone fireplace itself is one of the owners favorite parts of the space.
This bar area transitions between the shared adjacent kitchen and hearth room spaces, some of the main entertaining areas in the home.
