Coming out of the shell

Job Site by: Architect - Robert M. Houser , Contractor - Howard Construction

Anderson Township lower level is more than just a man cave

The home theater system from Sound Advice is what the homeowner loves most about his renovated lower level.

These homeowners wanted to use a similar type of carpet for the basement flooring as they did in the upper level to keep the home flowing.

The fitness room design includes black and blue speckled rubberized tiles and a large sliding barn door to accommodate large pieces of equipment.

The full bathroom features a glass shower door that shows off a strip of mosaic glass tiles.

The wine room was just a blank slate with an exposed column before construction. Jocelyn Privett of C&W Custom Woodworking created the home wine racks to hold 900 bottles of wine.

The homeowner fine-tuned her home design to include a vessel bowl sink atop the powder room vanity.
