  • You landscaper should visit your property to obtain an overview
  • Ask you to complete a questionnaire about the proposed use of landscape, as well as style, color and plant/ tree/shrub preferences, and budget
  • Ask you to clip magazine photos that approximate your vision
  • Meet with you to review resource materials, discuss scope and timing of project and establish design fee and working budget
  • Create several “concept” plans,
which include plant-palettes that illustrate color, texture and season of bloom, for you to consider
  • When possible, present you with
a digitally-enhanced photo of your property to illustrate various design ideas
  • Prepare detailed drawings once a concept is selected
  • Hold a final pre-construction meeting which focuses on finalizing the drawings, selections and production schedule for your landscape
