Mid-century reimagined

Snell Isle home embraces its contemporary side

The new outdoor living space features a swimming pool and multiple seating areas for entertaining.

The new swimming pool features laminar jets, a sun shelf and lighting that complements the inviting outdoor living area.

Gray custom cabinetry with sleek slab doors and Frosty Carrina Caesarstone countertops establish the clean, contemporary design aesthetic in the kitchen.

The master bath includes a large two-person walk-in shower, dual sinks, beverage bar and a free-standing soaking tub.

An inviting sitting area across from the kitchen features a sleek linear gas fireplace and a feature wall covered in white quartz stacked stone veneer.

A Robert Abbey Bling light fixture hangs from the ceiling in the dining room, complementing the round design of the table and adding a touch of sparkle to the space.

Several walls were removed to create the open concept floor plan, which allows the living room, kitchen and dining room to share one large space.

The 3,300 square-foot home received a fresh coat of warm white paint and a redesigned landscape, creating modern curb appeal.

The stunning staircase features Cirque Pendants from ET2 and white quartz Norstone on the walls leading up to the second floor.
